The free phone consultation will help us identify any potential issues that you may have with your current computer environment.  Basic questions that you will be asked include:

• Type of computer you currently have ? (Dell, Compaq, HP, SONY, etc....)
• How many computers do you have ?
  • if you have more than 1 computer, are they networked ?
• What operating system are you using ? (windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP)
• What type of internet connection do you have ? (dial up, DSL or Broadband (Road Runner)
• Do you have a Firewall setup ?
• Do you have anti-virus protection ?
• Do you have spyware protection ?
• Do you have any digital devices connected to your computer ? (scanners, cameras, MP3 players, I-pods, etc...)
• Do you backup the data on your computer ?
• What problems (if any) are you experiencing ?
• Do you have old computers that you need to dispose of ?
• Are you looking to buy any new computer equipment or software ?
